I am a level one Yoga Teacher currently teaching in Kandanga Queensland.

I offer private yoga and pilates classes as well as guided meditation. I am qualified in pre post natal yoga and pilates to help mummies on their journeys.

We teach yoga and meditation with a concerted focus on special needs. We of course also cater for children, teenagers, seniors and the corporate world.
