Our background in the industry, combined with years of experience in the communication sector, enables our agents to think on their feet and problem solve the most complex situations to ensure that our clients' needs are met every time. ​ We are a government licensed Mercantile Agency with our headquarters located in Townsville, Australia. We manage agents over the North Queensland area, covering Bowen to the south, Cardwell to the north and west to Charters Towers (locations outside this area by negotiation).
