Now I help others do the same! Having walked through my own path of self discovery, I understand that YOU are the only expert in your life who truly knows who you are, and what you need; even if it doesn't seem that way right now. I often hear "I don't know who I am anymore" or " I can't put my needs first - that's selfish." These hats are often certain patterns of behaviour that you're committed to.
