This modern architecturally designed 2 bedroom apartment features an open plan living space that is private, spacious and comfortably decorated in soft colours and natural materials. The verandah and BBQ area allows you to enjoy the beautiful Albury climate under the shade of a large lemon scented gum tree. Only 8 blocks (a 10 minutes walk) from central Albury. The space. Guests have full use of kitchen, living area ,verandah and Webber bbq.and of course the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a TV and DVD player in each bedroom and a TV in the living area. The kitchen has all utensils for those wanting to cook. The second or single bedroom has a desk space and ideal for use as an office. The bathroom includes a bath, toilet, two shower heads in the shower, heating light and magnifying mirror. Laundry includes washer, dryer and both inside hanging and outside drying as well as iron and Ironing board. Guest access The house front door is accessible from a coded box at the front door. The lock up garage is accessed by a remote on the cabinet inside the front door. Other things to note. Please be mindful of neighbours especially when using the verandah and barBBQ area.
