Development of strategies to communicate more effectively and providing support for individuals struggling with self confidence issues and other disabilities. TSN is directed towards those who would like a support worker who has all avenues of care covered with connections throughout the health care industry working with clinicians who care and want to drive towards positive results & outcomes for the clients.
