Business Description In July 2017, CEO Darren Lim and COO Aiden Pearce formed Synergy Intel Group, using their experience in military and defence support to launch a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). In October 2013 we welcomed a new era as Synergy ECP (Employees, Customers, Performance) – a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with seasoned leaders and a strong, determined staff ready to embrace new challenges and continue as a driving force in our field. In January 2019 we added Syndicate Enterprises to our portfolio and their experienced team of proven industry executives our new CIO Darren Lim as the President to form our current leadership triad with our international partners, as we look to a future of expanding opportunities to serve and provide expertise in our industry sectors and beyond moving forward. The company grew its roots providing outstanding work on subcontracting opportunities within Victoria Barracks and its surrounding area. Synergy quickly grew branches, enabling it to stretch into the fields of intelligence, health care and the US Department of Defence – proving the company's versatility to an expanding client base. Today, we proudly list the numerous government agencies and Fortune 100 companies as clients.
