I'm Sonya, a naturopath and yoga teacher based in the wildly beautiful Blue Mountains! And my passion is helping people like you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, to give you the energy and vitality to pursue your dreams in life! I offer herbal, naturopathic and nutritional medicine consultations, personal nutrition planning, and therapeutic Yoga consultations, from a gorgeous healing space located in the lower Blue Mountains (I'm also available online). Whether you're experiencing major health challenges, feeling pretty well already and wanting to optimise your health and wellbeing, or you're somewhere in between, I'd love to work with you! I stand with one foot in each of two worlds; I love to combine the very best of traditional healing wisdom and practices with the latest scientific research in order to ensure excellent outcomes for my clients.
