Reflexology uses micro-massage on specific locations on the feet or hands to stimulate the body to heal and support itself. It can be used to support the body through a specific discomfort or to relax. Appointments are 60 minutes in length, 30 minutes and 20 minute taster treatments are also available, initial appointments are 90 minutes in length.
