• Liaising with local councils in regards to regulations and contract specifics.
• Maintain project contact list.
• Ability to read drawings and plans and coordinate and supervise tasks according to priorities and plans
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Controlling an array of trades, reviewing safe work method statements, quality assurance, and workmanship while driving the project forward to achieve the agreed program.
• Have a good understanding of managing fast-paced fit-out projects
• Driver's License & Vehicle Owned.
• Current White Card
• Bilingual English & Punjabi, Urdu
