Rocks Beach House is a large holiday rental in Chiton, which is conveniently located between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. It is a short 300 metre walk to Chiton Rocks Beach and the newly renovated Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club which offers meals, drinks and of course life saving on the beach. The house itself sleeps up to 10 people with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen and dining area, along with modern conveniences. The balcony deck is a standout in the area, and allows you to enjoy a cooked barbecue and to sit and relax on the large outdoor setting, whilst overlooking the area. The house is equipped with air conditioning on both levels, foxtel, wii, board games, sports equipment, bikes and more. Off Peak Rates - $185 per night Sunday to Thursday, $245 per night on Friday and Saturday night. Minimum 2 nights stay. Long Weekend Rates - $345 per night, minimum 3 nights. School Holiday Rates - $235 per night Sunday to Thursday, $315 per night on Friday and Saturday night. Minimum 2 nights stay. Peak Rates - $285 per night Sunday to Thursday, $345 per night on Friday and Saturday night. Minimum 2 nights stay. Christmas/New Year - $400 per night. Minimum 5 nights. Please check our website for availability. Cleaning costs of $100 per stay must be paid for in $AUD. A bond will also be required as a preauthorisation on a credit card for $500AUD. This is voided if there is no damage or additional cleaning required.
