We are a charity whose purpose is to advance social welfare by providing mentoring and support to men in our community, to develop men and their families physically, emotionally and mentally. We build mental resilience and confidence in men by mentoring them to understand their role in our community. In most cultures, Men traditionally undertake a rite of passage to earn their manhood. This has been eroded in modern culture and young men never get to test themselves, to challenge their physical barriers and mental resilience, to learn from a community of men. As a result, we have a community that suffers from a lack of manhood. We know from demonstrated results that with intervention and strong mentoring, we can interrupt the behaviour cycle of men at risk and influence their behaviour and mindset. This is demonstrated to reduce the risk of them instigating physical and emotional abuse, drug and alcohol abuse, gambling and self harm.
