Mastering Better Mental Health is a community-based service, thriving to provide a holistic, person-centred, recovery focused Counselling, and NDIS Support to all participants. MbM Health works with the multicultural, diversity and LGBT participants in the community. The word ‘Mastering' implies to ‘Progress' to better mental health. ‘Recovery focused approach' it focusses on the individual short- and long-term goals of the participant accessing our services in line with the NDIS guidelines of support. Vision To empower our participants to unleash their potential and live a fulfilling life. Our vision is to progressively provide person-centred, culturally respectful to all participants for better mental health. Mission Positively impact participants wellbeing through evidence-based mental health strategies, in alignment with their individual recovery goal plans.
