There's no I in TEAM.... but where does a team get its strength from? Our coaching team is headed up by our ex-Navy Diver come SAS Sniper and business owner Grant Monaghan. We focus at the individual level, building resilience and favourable qualities while in a supportive team environment. We lead participants through a quick intro, move directly into an activity which by its nature breaks the ice and sets the theme for the day. We gauge the groups attitude and participation levels after the initial activities to then tailor how the day goes. At the end of the day your staff will walk away taller, more confident and gel to a more unison team. Over time the business can measure the days success by less staff turn over, higher moral / less sick days and better productivity.
