There's nothing like pain to create change. What a journey the past 8 years have been. And each step of this journey has been perfect in teaching me what I'm here to learn and leading me to my SOUL ALIGNED LIFE. There has been GRIEF AND LOSS. It's in capitals because there has been lots of it. A divorce- the loss of the fantasy life, and rebuilding to fall in love again and having to end what wasn't working. The death of a friend. New love that ends with a deep unrequited love. My heart has been split open and from this I've learnt to listen to my heart. To feel. To release and to let go. To allow and to receive. There has been business upheaval, I have changed niches in my business twice, made money, lost money, burnt out and got a day job to supplement the business so I could just have a break from the masculine hustle I had bought into. I ended up loving the day job even though I knew it wasn't 100% soul aligned, until, one day it was clear. What I had been percolating. This. This Soul aligned life. Living according to the desires of this soul aligned body. Living without the programming that drove me for so long. Without the influence of the noise of others opinions. I'm doing it. I want to change the dialogue in the world. From what you "should do" from what's "best", from what's "smart" to what's SOUL ALIGNED. So now in my transformational coaching I do what I've always done but empower you with the tools. I show you how to be soul aligned, how to find your own answers, heal your own programming and create the life that you REALLY desire. Join me in your soul aligned life. That credibility thing... Oh yeah, for those who need proof to back up their intuition. I'm a registered Occupational therapist, qualified life coach and kinesiologist. I've worked as an Occupational Therapist in setting as vast as Palliative care, chronic pain, mental health services, corporate occupational health consulting, case management of veterans with conditions like PTSD. I've done uncountable thousands of hours of one to one healing, transformational coaching and training with private clients, over 10 years in my own business as a Kinesiologist first and then life coach, small business coach and leadership coach. It's been a journey of learning all about people, health, wellness, quality of life, leadership, transformation and soul alignment. I've always worked in the spiritual realm but kept it under wraps in my marketing. Since I was 21 I've been able to feel energy and intuitively sense the real issues in people. Muscle testing/ kinesiology gave me further training in trusting and developing these skills. If you work with me expect honesty. And to get to the bottom of whats really going on, really fast. Expect to feel challenged with total love. Expect to be held responsible. I will give you all I've got, and you will make all the changes. I'm spiritual but don't mistake that for flaky. Outcomes matter to me, growth matters to me. Growth can't always be measured but you will see the outflow of the changes in what you are able to create, attract and receive in your life.
