Lacina Wood Art was established in the historical town of Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic by Vojtech Lacina in 2012. Vojtech moved to Perth, Western Australia in 2015 and so brings his time-honoured craft to the Australian market. Lacina Wood Art offers a highly personalised service, specialising in: - Crafting original wooden basins and bathtubs from large pieces of timber - Building country style kitchens and garden structures - Full renovations of interiors and smaller properties - Designing and producing 'one off' pieces of furniture Vojtech Lacina studied art, design and promotional plastic art and painting in his home country. He devoted his free time to carving, carpentry and 3D visualisations. In 2009, Vojtech was awarded a certificate in professional software training, 3D Studio Max – Design. He designed his first wooden basin in 2013, which was made of ash wood, and since then, has made more than 20 individualised basins using beautiful wood from around the world.
