Hi! I'm Tracey and I am a New Zealander who has been living on the Gold Coast for the last 15 years. I saw a gap in the market for a mobile coffee and cake trailer, offering traditional New Zealand home made sweet treats such as Lolly cake, Afghans and Ginger crunch so I quit my day job and started up my own small business.
