This office was first opened in April 2001, starting out with one permanent rental management and initially trading as David Preston Real Estate. In those early days David Preston earnt a solid reputation in delivering results for owners and personal attention for owners that chose to manage or sell their property through this office. Today, Kingscliff Sales and Rentals continues to operate as an independent agency, not a franchised office, as David Preston feels that personal reputation is very important in this business. The office is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales and now has six office staff and one staff member working remotely.
