A WELLNESS COMPANY Kenko Healthy Limited is a company limited by shares and is an Australian Public Company with plans to list on the ASX in 2022. The raising of seed capital will enable the purchase of all of the key assets from Kenko Healthy Australia and embark on a rapid expansion to be product ready for market in early 2021. Kenko Healthy will be an on-line retailer of products in areas of pain relief, diet supplements, sleep and gut health with its unique use of Kava and the Japanese Kuromame bean to name but two of our base organic ingredients. APPLICATION FOR ALLOCATION OF SHARES The Private Placement Offer will close upon the seed capital raising of AUD($1,000,000.00) being fully subscribed or January 30th, 2021 whichever is the sooner. Kenko Healthy Limited has the sole discretion for the allocation of shares. Should your application for shares be successful, you will be advised within 7 days and your interest noted on the share register of the Company which will be available for inspection by shareholders at all times at the Companies place of business during normal business hours.
