Hey, Im Jay from JMC - Jayson Mair Coacing. I provide relationship and couple counselling entirely online. For over 16 years, I've been helping couples get clear on how they want their relationship to be and how to move forward in the best way possible. It's not about who's right or wrong or judging each other.  It's not about being right or wrong either. It's about being heard/listened to. It's about being understood, not just being told that to keep you happy. It's learning how to reach an understanding of where you are both back on the same page and both connected in a supportive love and caring way. As some of my clients will say, to feel safe and cared for. Let's help you decide what's best for you moving forward. All sessions are recorded for your benefit as you'll get an audio copy of the session to keep for your own reference, so if an issue we work on arises at a later date, you can go back and listen to it to refresh a strategy you learned to improve things. The main areas of focus include improved communication, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, improving confidence and deeper connections.
