Ish has a strong connection to music, radiateing from her very core. From the beginning of her life she has bent and twisted notes and chords across a plethora of Instruments. Growing up in Nothern NSW, Ish surrounded herself with like minded individuals who shared her passion for auditory delicacies. Once introduced to Psytrance and the outdoor music scene she never looked back. Gaining inspiration from friends who shared her passion for tunes and with a bit of encouragement she soon was behind the decks regularly, playing across the East Coast and joining up with 3rd Eye Productions as a DJ. After sharpening her skills and knowledge, she migrated south to Melbourne excited to expand her musical horizons, and begin working on her own original projects. In this time she was picked by Terrafractyl to join his emerging melodic Psytrance label ‘Kinematic Records'. Playing predominantly Psytrance she keeps the distinct NNSW vibe and sound, highlighted in the music she plays and loves. Throughout her time in Melbourne she has broadened her sound now playing sets that span over many musical genres. This pocket rocket of a woman delivers the delicate chunk, with a delicious array of spacious, solid yet striking basslines, Instrumentally wholesome psychedelic melodies, layered with crisp, tidy percussion. Performing around Victoria and the East coast of Australia, Ish has graced such respected and thumping stages as Exodus, Rainbow Serpent Festival, Maitreya, Cairns Winter Solstice, Splendor in the Grass, Yemaya, Bushweek, Tribeadelic, Kamp Krusty, Tree of Life (Aus Launch) and Colour of Sound events, to name just a few.
