Godfrey Wines Small Businesses

Selected wines will be available on the Qshop as available. Sandy Godfrey started Godfrey Wines in 2008. From 2008 he knew that in order to be a competitive small wine business in Australia he would need to create a new model that maintained low capital intensity and versatility of production. As such he purchases fruit from well-established grape growers to make the wines he wants. Sandy built a winery in the small town of Springton in Eden Valley, South Australia and made wines there from 2008 to 2015. In 2016 Sandy started making wines with high-end fruit from Orange, NSW including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Rose, Shiraz and Cabernet. All of the wines are barrel fermented, use minimal additives and are unfiltered.
