Created by 2 Aussie mums, FIT FAB MUM is the only resource expecting & new mums need for support on all levels- physical, emotional & spiritual. The program includes safe workouts for each phase of pregnancy & postnatal recovery, tailored meditations, mindfulness tips and activities, as well as nutrition guides, meal plans & recipes. Our postnatal program ‘RENEW YOU' includes a Pelvic Floor & Core Rehab mini-program to heal diastasis Rectii and retrain a weakened pelvic floor. Jade (pre & postnatal PT) & Kim (Nutritionist) created the programs as they are passionate about expecting & new mums feeling empowered to look after themselves at each stage, and both have followed the programs themselves!
