Generally, fire accident occurs in various forms ex: electrical short circuit, forest fires, petroleum explosion, etc., each accident has its own causes and is triggered by an immediate spark/burst of flames. Such accidents cause, sufferings, loss of property and life. To address this issue our research group worked for over 10 years and discovered the Fireproof Coatings and Paints which can prevent fire accidents. We invented fireproof paint with multifunctional properties which can be used as a protective coating against fire, heat, acid, base, and water. Until now there is no flame retardant for the oil paint in the market nor any fireproof resin, that had been invented and popularized over the world either. Firolac is an achievement of our laboratory, which is a non-halogen organo-phosphorus-nitrogen flame-retardant oil paint.
