Fibre For Good Small Businesses
Why choose Fibre For Good?
We are happy to accept 30% cash transactions.
Fibre for Good began with the uttering of a single statement: “This simply isn't sustainable”.
That's all that Fibre for Good's Carl Ludwig could say after discovering that a clothing factory in Bangladesh was going through 2700 litres of water to produce a single t-shirt.
“They were going through 32 million litres of water a week on one style alone.”
Carl joined forces with long-time friend and co-founder Fiona Su, establishing Fibre for Good to address the environmental ravages they saw taking place around the world, all for the sake of affordable fashion. Their research led them to Organic Natural Colour Cotton (ONCC).
ONCC literally grows in 3 earthy colours. Cultivated organically using regenerative farming techniques, it is simply picked by hand and converted into thread, then cloth. No dyes, bleaches, or chemicals are added at all.
This lack of damaging processing gives ONCC a super soft feel – think cashmere – and it retains a range of natural properties that make it healthier to wear.
Super soft, healthy, gender neutral and good for our planet's future, Organic Natural Colour Cotton is perfect for babies. Adult fashion and homeware products are in the pipeline.
We strive to produce the most sustainable products in the most effective and socially responsible way we can. We have received ISO9000 and ISO1400 certification and we are currently in the process of renewing our GOTS certification.
Which is why we say that Fibre for Good Organic Natural Colour Cotton is the best choice for baby and the best choice for the planet – From Seed to Skin.
