Michael draws on more than 20 years of senior management experience across a diverse range of industries in food manufacturing, dairy, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical packaging in Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
Michael has led and managed across a broad range of functional areas including product development, sales, marketing and general management. As such, he can empathise with his clients while supporting them as their sounding board; challenging, cheering them on and keeping them accountable.
Michael has coached directors, managers and team leaders in the aged care, community care, energy investments, medical devices, indigenous youth development, IT, real estate, insurance, legal and schools sectors.

Michael spends most of my spare time as the CEO of 4M Australia, a not-for-profit organisation, where he take teams of men into the bush on life-changing adventures called the 'Xtreme Character Challenge'.
Michael also leads and participates in charity runs called the 'Muskathlon' to raise funds through Compassion for poor children in various parts of the world.
