Elkay 2 Droughtmasters are producers of soft, red, high quality droughtmaster cattle. Suitably located 18km North of Bungunya, with access to primary markets of Dalby and Goondiwindi. The property is currently owned and operated by Lach and Kate McMaster, a family business of 60 years still going strong. Our Droughtmaster enterprise is now the primary focus of the business. The livestock benefit from a good mix of self mulching soils, which enable us to produce a rich combination of improved pastures. The Genetics of our stock are derived from some of the best bloodlines in Australia. Elkay 2 Bulls are founded on Glenlands genetics and has been exploring the use of A.I technology to tap into top semen sires. Elkay 2 females are sourced from prominent dams in the Gympie and Kingaroy area.
