We provide mobile (onsite) computer repair and IT support to residents across the Lismore, Ballina Byron, Richmond, Gold Coast, and Tweed Heads Our service delivery and our operating hours are flexible and we are available 7 days a week for emergency call outs. Also if you want to drop off your computer or have us collect, and bring it to the workshop we can do that too. If we can't fix it, we don't charge you.​ We are not product agents so you can be sure that any advice we give you is impartial and unbiased. Our focus is on individual home users and small businesses. We are a very small business so we are not interested in pursuing large corporate / franchise contracts. This means you are our top priority - not the big name, big money account.
