In Family/ systemic Constellations we look at the source of patterns that repeat in Families, this helps to reveal any hidden dynamics or stressors that may be impacting your life, employment, health finances, or relationships. We are all born as part of a system and are linked via our DNA even if we have never met our biological birth parents, we can also carry trauma from our ancestors if they were affected by war, poverty, abuse, mental health challenges, and much more. Family Constellations can be done in a private or group session online or in person, it is all up to the individual.
