Flight operations technical specialist supporting aviation operators with regulatory compliance, corporate contractor compliance, safety & quality management and operations manual drafting. Recent achievements have been associated with assisting AOC holders through the CASA Australia Regulatory Reform Program with regards to operations manual amendments. Tasks have been related to the implementation of new procedures relating to Flight Crew Fatigue rules - CAO 48.1, Safety Management System development and implementation, together with Part 141 and 142 operations manual drafting and compliance - Flight Training. Current clients are charter operators, flying schools and 3rd level airlines (CAR 217). Additional interests and skills are focused on the continued development and implementation of UAV technologies, specifically with regards to managing regulatory approvals, training and operations specific to the aviation related aspects of operating UAVs. My primary focus is on assisting UAV operators in bridging the gap that exists in between aviation disciplines and other technical disciplines relating to the operational tasks.
