Our business intends to deliver to pizza lovers an authentic Italian pizza. We sell vacuum sealed wood fired pizzas ready to be finalised in any home oven. Hand crafted the pizzas are frozen, giving the customer up to 2 months frozen or up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Pizza Delivered in Sydney North Shore at the moment. Our product Our dough is made with a combination of premium Italian flours, where through a 48 hour process, maturation and fermentation has been achieved. This traditional process makes the dough quite light and easy to digest containing just flour, water, yeast and sea salt. We use the authentic San Marzano DOP sauce made with little sea salt and fresh Basil leaves. We just use quality ingredients including Italian Fior Di Latte Mozzarella. MENU PIZZA BASE - Minimum 48 hours rise, mixture of best Italian Flours, Fresh Yeast, Sea Salt and water. NO PRESERVATIVES. PIZZA BASE WITH TOMATO - Our Pizza Base topped with San Marzano Tomato DOP and Fresh Basil Sauce. PIZZA BASE WITH TOMATO AND CHEESE - Our Pizza Base with Tomato topped with Italian Fior Di Latte Mozzarella. CORNICCIONE - Our Pizza Base topped with Fresh Rosemary, Sea Salt and EVOO. DESERT PIZZA BASE - Smaller Base Using same pizza dough. GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BASE - Made with 5 Staggioni gluten free flour, minimum 48 hours rise. CAPRICCIOSA PIZZA - San Marzano DOP Tomato, Double Smoked Ham, Portobello Mushrooms, Kalamata Olives, Artichoke Heart, Fior Di Latte Mozzarella and Origano.
