Hi, I'm Carissa I am a Naturopath with a Bachelor Health Science and I am passionate about Fertility. ​I will get you, because I have been there! I have been on the fertility rollercoaster, relying on medications and doctors to conceive, also being told that the medical world had no more options for me. It was a long road and I struggled in my relationship and with the people around me to understand the invisible grief, trauma, and loneliness you feel along the way. ​Now I have two wonderful sons! I went to natural medicine to change the way my body was functioning, so I could have new possibilities of becoming the mother I had always dreamt of. ​I can show you how and support you to aswell! ​Living healthy wasn't enough to improve my fertility, I wanted to know more, I knew something had to change if I wanted change. I needed new possibilities! ​I started learning about Naturopathy and eating food as medicine rather than by habit or for taste, and turned to some odd formulas, soups and concoctions for extra help. ​After having my children, I also saw how just being healthy wasn't serving my children who suffered from low immunity and hyperactivity.
