Grain to Glass is the focus at Sonoma County Distilling Company - every level of production is handled in-house including the mashing and fermentation of grains, direct fired copper alembic pot distillation, American oak barrel ageing, bottling and labelling. Through hard work, traditional time honoured techniques, and their ideal location in picturesque Sonoma County, they are California's premier whiskey distillery. Available for a limited time every year this smooth, flavourful whiskey can be enjoyed meat, on the rocks or in your favourite bourbon cocktail. 47.8% ABV.
