History Stephen Boland, founder and director of BE Steel Fixing, is a first-generation steel fixer with over 6 years' experience in the industry. In 2016, with over a decade's experience leading steel fixing teams, Stephen set out to start a steel fixing company that put customer satisfaction at the heart of its business. BE Steel Fixing has since grown into a successful business, winning more significant projects every year and making a strong name for itself in the Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales steel fixing industry. Our Strategy Through regular communication and project monitoring, BE Steel Fixing strives to build strong business relationships with our customers. We works hard to ensure construction deadlines surrounding steel fixing are met on time and to the highest quality, without compromising safety. Safety At BE Steel Fixing safety is of the highest priority. We ensure that our teams conform to all necessary safety standards and follow relevant SH&EWMS, together with other pertinent safety documentation. This, in turn, ensures that the projects we work on can meet their own environmental targets. Accountability Every employee who works for BE Steel Fixing assumes responsibility for their workmanship and behaviour on-site and we make sure that they are held accountable for both. We have apprentices who are building their careers along with experienced steel fixers who are upgrading their qualifications. We can offer our services through a tendered fixed rate contract, an ongoing tonnage rate or on a supply of steel fixing hourly rate, dependent on our clients' needs.
