Aby (Abhilasha Saxena) - Founder of AbyYoga - Corporate & Hatha Yoga Teacher - 500 Hours YTT About Me: As a kid I always dreamt of being a Yoga Teacher but as studies and life took over it became a long forgotten dream. Yoga was revived in my life in year 2009 when I started to suffer from chronic backache which almost made me quit my IT profession. I was lucky to hop back on my Yoga journey while on a holiday , when I met a Yoga Guru known as ‘Guruji' at an ashram in Rishikesh (World Yoga capital) and I started to see my severe back issues improving drastically. Since 2009 I am constantly on a Yoga spree, learning with different teachers and formally finished my Yoga Teachers training in December 2016. As a part time Hatha Corporate Teacher I have undertaken 2 big corporate programs with my employers: – Downer EDI Pty Ltd in 2016 – a 3 months long corporate Programme – Westpac – Currently an ongoing programme with Senior Leadership. Apart from corporate classes I have taken numerous personal classes and also teaches intermediate level yoga at local Yoga Studio . Also participated as a volunteer in various yoga events in Sydney like The Australian Yoga Ball and International Yoga Day 2016 at Bondi Beach. I love to participate and increase my knowledge by attending different Yogic Workshops and Events Like Chakra Workshop, Wanderlust 108, Power of Voice, Essential Oils….
